Eric
L. Tyra is the president and owner of
ELTRA Business
Group, LLC which owns the Birmingham
office of VR Business Brokers. He is a CPA
with over 25 years of experience in business,
finance and sales and marketing, including
the acquisition or sale of both mid-market
and large companies aggregating hundreds of
millions of dollars.
Eric brings a unique combination of experience
in both finance and sales and marketing to
the business brokerage arena and to the extensive
VR network. He is a former partner in a "Big
Four" international accounting and consulting
firm, has been a senior officer in three major
public corporations, president of a privately
- owned sales and marketing company and in
addition has run his own consulting practice
specializing in providing value-added business
solutions to mid-market entities in a variety
of industries. He is a member of a number of
professional organizations, many for over twenty
years, and has been a board member of numerous
civic or charitable groups.
